What is included in event planning services?

For weddings: 

-full day coordination; consultation; venue walkthrough; access to decor inventory; unlimited email and phone assistance; monthly to do lists and timelines; coordinate rehearsal, ceremony, and receptions; set up and take down; in person/virtual meetings; vendor management; budget management; invites with RSVP management; etc. (see pricing page for full list of services with prices)

For all other events:

-set up and take down; centerpieces; diaper cakes; balloon arches; party favors; cakes or cupcakes; invites with RSVP management; full day coordination; shopping for you; partial planning; vendor management; etc. (see pricing page for full list of services with prices)

What types of events do you do?

-Weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, showers, retirement parties, etc.

-Any event that calls for a party, we can help! 

Why do I need an event planner?

We are professionals at planning and have the expertise and resources to make things easy for you and get the best outcome possible. Event planners can be used for a lot more than people think, and they're a lot more affordable and useful than some realize. The biggest perk is that things will be planned seamlessly with no stress on your part. 

How much time in advance do I need to contact you?

-Typically we need at least a month for events other than weddings. 

-For weddings and higher end events that require more planning, we would say at least 6 months.
